Advocates.by overview

Advocates.by unites attorneys who have extensive practical experience in legal support of investment activities in the Republic of Belarus and abroad. Advocates.by attorneys previously practised as advocates within the Advocates' Bureau "Cierech, Neviadouski and Partners"  as well as within the General and Specialised Law Offices of the Minsk City Bar Association, specialising in issues of foreign economic activity of business entities of the Republic of Belarus.

Advocates.by attorneys have been lecturers in law disciplines at Belarusian (Belarusian State University, Belarusian State Agrarian Technical University and Business and Technology Management Institute at Belarusian State University) higher educational establishments and they lecture on legal topics in Belarus.

Our attorneys, working individually, collectively or in partnership with other lawyers and law firms, provide our clients professional and comprehensive legal services in different practice areas of economic activities in the territory of Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland and other countries.

 

We pay particular attention to advising overseas investors in their investment projects in Belarus. Since Belarusian, Russian, English, French, German and Polish are the working languages of our Office, we are able to assist our overseas clients in these languages without translators or interpreters.

 

We have been developing a network of lawyers and associate law firms in Russia, Ukraine, Poland, and Lithuania, which enables us to obtain the necessary advice on foreign law and to refer our clients directly to overseas lawyers.
